Dr Biggs graduated with an MBChB cum laude from Stellenbosch University in 2022. He completed his two-year medical internship in East London. This was a formative period that shaped both his clinical practice and his professional outlook. In 2025 he returned to Cape Town to undertake his community service at Mitchells Plain Hospital, where he spent six months in general surgery and six months in internal medicine, gaining broad experience across both disciplines in a busy public-sector setting.

A compassionate and driven doctor, Dr Biggs has a particular interest in internal medicine and critical care. He values clear communication and shared decision-making, working in partnership with his patients to guide their care.
